It was time very similar to what happens in the market today. Real estate prices collapsed, and was reduced from 1988 to 1994.</p>
<p>In real estate, the 80 was warm. The banks have been drunk to give a rate. Prices are rising not because people were more or all of a sudden there were more people. This was because banks lent more money. Then the stock market crashed in October 1987.<span id="more-1364"></span></p>
<p>Today the same story. The banks have lent too much money on favorable terms. It was easy to borrow. Not just mortgages, but credit cards and auto loans. Bear Stearns just dissolved. One of the investment banks in the world. They were only 1%, where the bear was estimated a year ago sold.</p>
<p>So now it&#8217;s a whole new ball game. This is good. The easy money is gone for a few years at least.</p>
<p>I worked in a large company that taught me how to make money as a real estate broker. Their system works in all markets at any time on the market. I&#8217;ll tell you that if you&#8217;re a broker known or new to the business a winner. If you deviate from your plan production will fall. (I recommend a large number of brokers and I include the same strategy for a segment of construction products on the market and it works!)</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how it works.</p>
<p>First Define your market, you define your market with 400 owners of homes. It does not matter what the product is.
